Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Nyntax (“Nyntax”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit nyntax.com, contact us, apply for a job or work with us. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number, project budget range and the message you write.
  • Referral form: your name, email address and phone number, plus the name and company of the client you are referring and a description of their project.
  • Emails and job applications: anything you send to our email addresses, including CVs and portfolios sent to [email protected].
  • Meeting bookings: the name, email address and any notes you enter when you book a call with us through Cal.com.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and page performance measurements. We use Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people apart from bots.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, time of request and user agent.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items:

  • Preferences: your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to recognise returning visitors. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies.
  • Security: Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use similar storage to complete its verification check.
  • Scheduling: the Cal.com booking widget may set its own cookies when you open it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics cookies, but the forms need Turnstile to submit.

Why we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
  • To process referrals and pay referral rewards.
  • To review job applications and contact candidates.
  • To schedule and hold meetings you book with us.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve its content and performance.
  • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on performing a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, or on a legal obligation, as applicable.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for the purposes above:

  • Vercel – website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Google – Google Workspace (email, which is how form submissions reach us) and Google Analytics.
  • Cloudflare – Turnstile spam protection.
  • Cal.com – meeting scheduling.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business. Some of these providers process data outside Bangladesh and the European Economic Area; where that happens we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and referrals that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Client project and contract records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other legal obligations require.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months after the recruitment process closes, unless you ask us to keep your details on file for future roles.
  • Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another service. You can also withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used with us, or tell us how else we can verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the information you send us is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
